STEP 1: REQUEST A QUOTE
If you need us to design your artwork, be sure to complete the Design Services section in the Request A Quote form.
If you have your artwork completed, please upload it HERE.
STEP 2: REVIEW QUOTATION
After completing the quote form, we'll provide pricing based on your details for the garments you requested, or ones that we suggest for the pricing. You can request other pricing and also, have the ability to view our entire Garment Selection.
If the quote sounds fine, please reply to us in the same e-mail thread with the text "APPROVED."
STEP 3: PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
Once you have approved the quotation, we will send you an invoice where payment arrangements would need to be made. We do offer Net Terms for selected clients.
STEP 4: DIGITAL PROOF & PRODUCTION
Your order will go through a pre-production and review process. During this time, you will receive a digital proof to be approved or declined. Once the proof has been approved, your order will begin production.
STEP 5: SHIPPED OR PICKED UP
Production is complete, order goes through a quality assurance check, packaged, and prepared for shipping or pickup. Before order is shipped and unless on net terms, all invoices must be paid.
